Duties include assisting Chef with preparing ingredients and menu items, washing dishes, and maintaining and deep cleaning the kitchen. Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Physical endurance to stand for entire shift
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
Legally able to work in establishments that serve alcohol
Able to bend, move, and lift up to 25 pounds or more
