The Long Shoreman

Three cheese blend, smoked trout, pickled mustard seed, dill, and sweet corn on herb white  sauce


The Iron Ranger

Spicy red sauce, porchetta, cheese curd, arugula, crystalized fennel seed


The Italian Stallion

Red sauce, Italian sausage, cheese curd, mozzarella, parmesan, pickled chili and shallot, black garlic vinaigrette.

Small plates that are made to be shared. 


3 Whole jumbo wings. Dry rubbed and slow smoked in duck fat and sauced with your choice of fermented hot or honey garlic.


Roasted sweet potatoes

Caramel glazed sweet potato, bacon, walnut, and herb salt.


RBC Burger

6 oz all beef patty, brisket, chuck, and short rib, bacon and caramelized onion, smoked gouda, house pickles, Carolina gold sauce.


Pumpkin Curry

House made pumpkin soup. Garnished with crouton, parmesan, pumpkin seeds, and chili oil


Short rib capunti

Hand rolled capunti (bean pod) pasta, finished in short rib ragu and garnished with pickled chile, parmesan, and fresh parsley.

Pasta stuffed with white acorn squash, served in smoked chicken broth and finished with basil, parmesan, and chili oil


Carrot snacks

Green top carrots roasted in a spiced honey vinaigrette, rolled in almonds, and topped with fresh yogurt and mint.

Custard, maple syrup, candied walnut, and orange.

There is just something about cooking food over a fire. It’s nostalgic. It’s primitive. And Eric, our executive chef, uses our custom wood fired oven for more than just pizza. Our menu is all about getting back to Minnesotan food. This region of the state is steeped in strong food traditions, and  we want to start a conversation with our customers about food availability in northern Minnesota.

We take full advantage of what we have in abundance, and many of our ingredients are sourced within 100 miles. This means using foods that many people overlook.  We think of our pizza as a canvas that translates ideas about locally-grown ingredients into flavorful dishes. And like our beer, we will pivot on the seasons, so you’ll always find a reason to return.

Community is a huge part of our identity, and our communally focused menu is no exception. Everything on the menu is designed to be shared. You will find pizza, small plates, and sweets on the daily menu, and all pair perfectly with our beer and wine selections.
