Drew Peterson and Alexander Craig at Rapids Brewing Co.

Rapids Brewing Co.214 N Pokegama AveGrand Rapids, MN55744 Map

Drew Peterson and Alexander Craig mini tour!! Don't miss this double whammy at Rapids Brewing Co.!

About Drew:
Drew Peterson comes from a long line of musically inept Norwegian Farmers. Born without natural talent, Peterson tackled his musical endeavors the way he had been taught while growing up on a farm in rural Minnesota - hard work and lots of practice. And practice is what he’s been doing for 20 years. With clever, dry humor, thought-provoking lyrics, and a performance style that can transform from intimate listening room to rowdy festivals and bars, Peterson always gives his heart and soul to the stage. More at drewpetersonmusic.com

About Alexander:
Minnesota based producer, writer, and musician. Alex wrote 5 self produced albums and played over 1,000 gigs as Crankshaft. Using his given name, Alexander Craig, he continues to inspire dance with thoughtful lyrics and down home energy. More at www.facebook.com/alexandercraig83/

Exterior of the Rialto Theater in Grand Rapids

Photo by the University of Minnesota Archives

The Rialto Theater

We’re housed in the former Rialto Theater in downtown Grand Rapids. After its opening in 1934, the theater ran films for almost 50 years, showing classics such as ‘The Birds’ and ‘Star Wars : The Empire Strikes Back’.  Just like the old Rialto, Rapids Brewing Company is  a place to come together- a hangout, a place to be. Although we’ve fully renovated the building, we took great care to pay tribute to the original design and the memories created here. The venue is designed to optimize the production values of performances by musicians and artists and keep the spirit of entertainment alive.
